                      How to Order Custom Rugs
If you are interested in ordering a custom rug, here are the things you should have together so we can further help you upon contacting us.  First, you will need to know what size you are looking for and if it is a standard shape or if it will need a template.  Next, are you choosing a standard pattern that we have or do you want to create your own design? You can match fabric, wallpaper or photos or just a drawing is fine to start with, just so we have an idea of what you want. Finally, you'll need a color scheme for us to help you choose the colors.
If you know the answers to at least some of these questions, we can help you with the rest and get you your dream rug as soon as possible!  
All Custom rugs are priced by the square foot and are based on complexity of design.

Please take extreme caution when ordering rugs on our website. Many times colors that show up on the screen are not the actual color of the yarn. If you have any doubt as to the actual color, please call before ordering and we will be happy to send you a yarn sample in the mail.
