All of our rugs are machine washable in cold water and made with 100% wool.  They also have a latex backing that helps to keep them from sliding around on your floors without the need for non-slip pads.  Remember that we also make custom sizes, shapes, colors, and even designs!  So, if you don't find it here, feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you create your dream rug!   All rugs and chairpads are made when you place the order, so it may take a few weeks to fill your order.  If you have a deadline or want to change the colors in the pattern, please let us know and we will try to meet your needs.

ALL RUGS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Please take extreme caution when ordering rugs on our website. Many times colors that show up on the screen are not the actual color of the yarn. If you have any doubt as to the actual color, please call before ordering and we will be happy to send you a yarn sample in the mail.
